My Story

I have been a Nurse Practitioner since 2004, specializing in Psychiatric services. My passion lies in helping clients navigate mental health challenges, a focus that has shaped my 17-year career in the mental health field. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working in diverse locations, including Utah and Wisconsin. However, my heart has always been in Hattiesburg. Recognizing the pressing need for psychiatric services in my hometown, I returned to make a meaningful impact in my community.

As a Mental Health specialist, I provide both therapy and medication management. My professional experience spans inpatient and outpatient settings, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of mental health care. After achieving various educational and professional milestones, I am fulfilling my dream of establishing a practice in my hometown, with the mission of serving the people of this community.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, offering support for a wide range of mental health concerns. My expertise includes dual diagnoses, such as ADHD and ADD, as well as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and other mental health conditions. My approach incorporates evidence-based interventions, including medication management and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
